Cozy vibes and fab location!
The place was super quiet, and the rooms were freshly redone. The bathroom was outstanding! Antonio and the staff were beyond helpful—always going the extra mile. The breakfast spread with muffins and coffee hit the spot, but parking was a bit tight early on.

Charming atmosphere with a devoted staff that truly cares about guest comfort. Antonio and George at the front desk provided exceptional service, arranging a quiet room after one was too noisy. The continental breakfast was delightful, especially the egg cooker. However, some initial concerns about the surrounding area faded quickly as the location proved convenient for exploring. Rooms, while on the smaller side, were perfect for our needs and offered a cozy retreat.

Had an awesome time with friends! We explored Independence Hall and took part in the PECO Multicultural Summer Festival. The location is perfect for walking everywhere, and the staff were super friendly. Daily housekeeping was a nice touch too. Don't miss the coffee and muffins in the morning—they're a great way to start the day!
We did struggle with the restaurant service. When we tried to grab drinks, we felt totally ignored, which was disappointing.

Despite the room's comfort, the noticeable absence of extra amenities was a bit disappointing.

This was a suitable option for a city escape in Philadelphia with great value-to-price ratio. The room was clean and furnished beautifully. Important to check rates since they can jump up on weekends.

The dining scene near Penn's View is killer! Don’t miss Sonny's Famous Steaks for a cheesesteak that'll blow your mind, and Panorama's wine selection is divine. The staff is super friendly and the location is a total win for exploring the historic district.
While I loved the vibe, there were some hiccups, a few dings here and there, like the bathroom floor needed a once-over and our room lacked extra seating for lounging. A couple things felt off, but overall, it was a fab experience.

The staff was super friendly, especially appreciated when they honored my request for cotton sheets instead of polyester. I also loved the location, just a short stroll from some great spots for dinner and the history that you can't miss.
It wasn't exactly cheap, but honestly, for what we got, it was still acceptable.
